We primarily recruit for senior leadership/C-suite positions at nonprofit, educational, and other mission-driven organizations—CEOs, presidents, COOs/EVPs, VPs for advancement, deans, and other key executive roles. We have a particular expertise in recruiting leaders who are strong fundraisers.
Strategic Talent Advising
Leaders joining new organizations or making major changes in their existing organizations often need to rebuild their teams. We work with the board, CEO, or executive team to develop a talent plan that matches their institutional strategy, and then work with them to source individuals who can lead, operate, and execute in line with that plan. Our clients also call upon our expertise in board development and recruitment.
